Copyright and takedown policy
Orijin respects the rights of creators and rights holders. If you believe material on Orijin or WRaidio infringes your copyright, uses your likeness without permission, or violates another right, send us a notice with the form below. Our rights team reviews every notice; when a notice is valid and identifies specific material, we block it from playback and notify the uploader. Notices of non-consensual intimate imagery or child sexual exploitation that identify specific material block it at once, before review.
Repeat-infringer policy
Each upheld takedown records a strike against the uploader's account. An account with 3 or more active strikes within 365 days is treated as a repeat infringer and may be suspended or terminated.

Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe in good faith that this was a mistake or a misidentification, you can file a counter-notice from your submission page in the Studio. We forward it to the claimant. Unless the claimant tells us they have filed a lawsuit, we restore the material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
Non-consensual intimate imagery
Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated depictions) are handled with priority: material named in the notice is blocked as soon as the notice arrives, and we act within 48 hours of a valid request.
Child safety
Report any sexual exploitation of a minor with the claim type “Child safety”. Material named in the report is blocked at once, and we act within 24 hours.
Send a notice
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages. All fields are required unless marked optional.
